For International Customers:
- Orders are checked and packed within 5 business days.
- You will be notified if an item is out of stock.
- International orders usually arrive within 7-28 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country.

- Shipping rates for remote locations will be calculated based on logistics and distance and displayed at checkout.

Delivery:

- If your address is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot issue a refund if the package is not received.
- Packages marked undelivered due to incorrect address may be re-shipped only if returned to us, incurring a re-shipping fee.

- In rare cases, you may need to pick up your package from the local post office. We cannot issue refunds if you refuse to collect your package.
